The Team includes experienced former senior NHS staff worked directly with a wide range of NHS organisations with experience in taking an active part in service change, developing business cases and contract negotiations, working at and alongside Trust Board level and staff with experience in the voluntary and independent sectors.
As a result, we are in a position to proactively operate as part of the team rather than merely advising.
The expertise and resources of the directly employed members of staff are supplemented by a network of professional associates who are engaged in specific projects where appropriate to meet a client's needs including management of facilities, patient involvement and communications, and procurement
